I think when heroin first came on the streets it was so strong that it caused instant pleasure and instant death. Our society is not into death and murder it's into life. Are you proposing that drugs of any strength be legalized. How about Crystal Meth? Do you really want twenty year olds walking around looking like seventy year old crones? Talk to me!!! What are the limits? I know you say you are talking about marijuana ie. cannibas but we are not fighting over cannibus. We are fighting over Crack, Heroin, Crystal Meth.
